To use energy more efficiently and to protect the environment, Chinese government issued a “dual control of energy consumption” policy recently, which has had a certain impact on many manufacturing companies.  

As a responsible group company, Grandcorp Group responds to national policies  actively. Let’s take the headquarters office as an example, which located in Kunshan, Jiangsu Provice, every members pay attention to saving electricity in every detail. Such as using electric fans instead of air conditioners to cool down when the temperature is high during the day, turn off the lights if it’s not necessary...

But the efforts we did are more than this. The decision-making level of the company even have begun discussions with some qualified photovoltaic equipment suppliers. And decided to invest RMB1,000,000 on the Roof photovoltaic power station project (for the HQ office).

Why Grandcorp decided to invest so much money on the Roof photovoltaic power station project? On the one hand, we want to minimize the impact of potential energy shortages on production and daily office work. On another hand, we think that more use of clean energy is what a responsible company should do.

Further more, if this new project goes on well in headquarters office, the Roof photovoltaic power station project will be promoted to other Grandcorp branches across the country.
