How to make a rotary die?

Designing a rotary die is more of an art than a science. The first step, choosing the materials to use for designing this dice, is very important because it will affect how the final design turns out. There are many different types of wood that can be used to make a rotary die, but there are some things you need to take into consideration when choosing which type of wood should be used. 

Secondly, we will use laser cutting machine to cut our plywood with different drawings and size.

Thirdly, we will start to bend our rotary rules with different size according to drawings. This step need professional operator to make sure rule size is perfect for plywood lines.

Fourthly, we will weld the rules on corners to ensure the cutting effect.. Then we will stick sponges.
